Terms of Service
Effective date: October 21, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. They explain what ReviewLooma does, how billing and cancellation work, and what each side is responsible for. In plain terms: you pay monthly, you can cancel any time and keep the service until the end of the month you have paid for, and fees already paid are not refunded.

1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are the agreement between you and ReviewLooma ("ReviewLooma", "we", "us") for the review reply service described below (the "Service"). By paying for the Service through our checkout and ticking the box to accept these Terms, or by using the Service, you agree to them. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" means the business.
ReviewLooma is based in Ontario, Canada. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe.
2. The Service
ReviewLooma sets up and runs automated, personalized replies to Google reviews for each business location you subscribe for. In practice, we:
- write a reply style for your business based on the information you give us;
- connect to your Google Business Profile through the manager access you grant us;
- automatically post a reply to new reviews rated 4 or 5 stars, unless a review appears to contain a complaint or other sensitive matter; and
- email you about reviews rated 3 stars or lower, and about any higher-rated review that appears to contain a complaint, without posting a public reply, so that you can respond yourself.
The Service covers new reviews received after your location is switched on. We do not reply to older reviews unless we agree in writing to do so. We may describe features as "coming soon" or "arriving soon"; these are not promised on any date and are not a condition of your subscription.
3. Your authority and consent
You confirm that you own, or are authorized to manage, each Google Business Profile you register with us, and that you are entitled to give us the access we ask for.
You expressly consent to ReviewLooma posting replies to Google reviews in your business's name and on your behalf, in an automated way, using artificial intelligence to write them. Google's policies require this consent, and we will not switch on automatic replies without it.
You grant us manager access to your Google Business Profile for the sole purpose of reading reviews and posting replies. You may remove that access at any time from your Google account. If you do, the Service for that location will stop working, and your fees will remain payable for the period you have already paid for.
4. Setting up your account
We rely on what you tell us. You agree to give us accurate and complete information about your business, your preferred tone, the topics replies should and should not mention, and the contact details for complaint alerts. Please tell us promptly if any of it changes.
Setup normally takes up to two business days after we have your payment, your completed setup information and your manager access. Delays caused by missing information or access are not a breach of these Terms.
5. Fees and billing
The price is CAD $29.99 per location per month. You choose the number of locations at checkout. Fees are billed in advance, in Canadian dollars, on the date you subscribe and on the same date every month after that, until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your card or other payment method every month. You agree to keep your payment details current through the billing portal link in your receipts.
Taxes such as HST or GST are added where required by law. We may change our prices on at least 30 days' notice by email. A price change applies from your next billing date after the notice period; if you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect.
If you add a location, it is billed at the then-current price from the date it is added.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails we may retry it and may pause the Service for the affected location until payment is received. We are not responsible for replies that are not posted while the Service is paused for non-payment. If a payment stays unpaid for 14 days we may end your subscription for that location.
7. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time using the billing portal link included in your receipts, or by emailing hello@reviewlooma.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm the request.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. The Service continues until then and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not cancel a payment that has already been made, and cancellation does not reduce, delay or refund fees for a period that has already started.
8. No refunds
All fees are final and non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial months, for unused time, for locations you stop using or remove, for reviews that arrive after you cancel, or because you did not use the Service. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
Please do not file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us. If you have a concern about a charge, email hello@reviewlooma.com and we will respond within two business days. If you file a chargeback for a charge for service we provided, we may suspend or end the Service, and we may give the payment processor the records that show you accepted these Terms and used the Service.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
9. How replies are written (AI)
Replies are written by artificial intelligence from the text of the review, the star rating, the reviewer's name as shown by Google, and the information you have given us about your business. We apply instructions designed to keep replies short, polite and free of promises, prices, discounts and medical or health information, and to hold back replies that look like complaints.
AI can make mistakes. Replies are not reviewed by a person before they are posted. You accept this risk. If a reply is wrong or unsuitable, tell us right away and we will help you edit or remove it, and adjust the instructions for your account. You can also edit or delete any reply yourself from your Google Business Profile at any time.
You are responsible for telling us about anything your replies must never say, and for how your business uses the reviews and replies. Replies are public on Google and are visible to anyone.
10. Reviews that are not answered
We do not post public replies to reviews rated 3 stars or lower, or to reviews that appear to contain a complaint, a legal threat, a medical concern or an unusual request. We email those to the contact address you gave us. Responding to them is your responsibility. We do not guarantee that every complaint will be detected, and a review may be answered publicly even if you would have preferred to handle it yourself.
11. No guarantees about results
Replying to reviews can help show customers that you pay attention, but we do not promise any particular result. We do not guarantee search rankings, review volume, review ratings, customer numbers or revenue. Google controls how reviews and replies are displayed and ranked, and it can change this at any time.
12. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, including Google (reviews, replies and your profile), Make.com (automation), OpenAI (writing replies), Stripe (payments) and our email and hosting providers. We choose them with care, but we do not control them. We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, price changes, usage limits or withdrawal of access by any of them, including if Google restricts or stops automated replies.
If a provider's change means we can no longer deliver the Service for you, we may end it and will not charge you for any period after the end date.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to post false, defamatory or misleading content, to impersonate another business, to reply to reviews for a business you are not authorized to manage, to break any law or any Google policy, or to interfere with or reverse engineer the Service. We may suspend or end the Service if we reasonably believe you are doing any of these.
14. Your information and privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You agree that review text and the other information needed to write and post replies may be processed by the third-party providers named there.
15. Ownership
The Service, our reply instructions, templates, documentation and website belong to ReviewLooma. You get a limited right to use the Service for your own business while you are subscribed. The reviews, your business information and your Google Business Profile remain yours. Replies we post for you become part of your Google Business Profile and you may keep or delete them as you wish.
16. Confidentiality
We will keep the non-public information you give us about your business confidential and use it only to provide the Service, except where we must disclose it by law or to our providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Suspension and ending the Service
We may suspend or end the Service for a location immediately if you breach these Terms, if a payment is not made, if Google or another provider withdraws access, or if continuing would put us or other clients at risk. Where we end the Service without cause, we will not charge you for any period after the end date and will refund the unused part of the month already paid.
When the Service ends for any reason we will stop posting replies and remove our manager access from your Google Business Profile within a reasonable time. You should also remove our access yourself from your Google account if you want it removed immediately.
18. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law permits, we do not give any warranty, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation or non-infringement.
19. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, ReviewLooma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost customers, loss of goodwill or loss of data, arising from the Service or these Terms, even if we were told it was possible.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service or these Terms is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
20. Indemnity
You agree to protect ReviewLooma against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, from your lack of authority over a Google Business Profile, or from information you gave us that you were not entitled to provide.
21. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may improve, change or retire parts of the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. For a material change we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not, you may cancel before it takes effect.
22. Notices
We will send notices to the email address you gave us at checkout or in your setup form. You can send notices to hello@reviewlooma.com. Please keep your contact details current.
23. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Before starting any formal proceeding, both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter by email for at least 30 days. Any claim that remains unresolved will be brought in the courts of Ontario, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
24. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right right away, that does not mean we have given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours as part of a sale of the business. Neither of us is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
