Do you need my Google password?

No. You add us as a manager on your Google profile, and you can remove us from the same menu at any time.

Who writes the replies?

AI writes them, using a voice and a set of rules we create with you. We test them on your real reviews before anything goes live.

What happens with a bad review?

It is emailed to you and no public reply is posted, so you can answer it personally.

What about negative reviews?

We never auto-reply to complaints. Low-star reviews, and anything that sounds like a complaint, are emailed to you so you can respond personally.

Will this improve my Google ranking?
